Position Overview

Based in Streamwood, IL, at Bob Loquercio Auto Group our people drive our success. We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter passionate about finding, connecting, and empowering talent. In this fully on-site role you will partner with leaders across various departments including management, finance, sales, service, office, and parts to build an engaged, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and develop talent acquisition strategies that align with company goals.
  • Source, attract, and evaluate candidates through multiple channels including job boards, networking, referrals, career fairs, and partnerships with schools and colleges.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process – from posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews to extending offers and negotiating compensation.
  • Leverage HRIS tools to streamline recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure an outstanding candidate and employee experience.
  • Lead onboarding plans for new hires and conduct exit interviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate on retention, engagement, and workforce development initiatives.
  • Assist with internal communications, training programs, and career site updates.
  • Be a trusted partner in creating a positive, people-focused culture across the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a high-volume or multi-department environment.
  • 2-3 years of experience.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced workplace.
  • A self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Experience with HRIS system (Paycom) preferred but not required.
