Position Overview

Graphic Designer (Corporate Branding Systems) in Business Group: Creative Team – supporting insurance product and marketing. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to impact communicating our mission of helping our customers live a longer, healthier, better life.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with animators and videographers and share work with the Creative Director for review.
• Interact with the Production team to obtain work assignments and ensure deadlines are met.
• Create new work as well as update existing designs.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in corporate branding systems.
• At least 3-4 years of related design experience, preferably with emphasis on financial industry marketing print materials.
• MAC proficiency and thorough knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite: In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Suite).
• Strong understanding of traditional design skills including sketching, composition, and storyboarding.
• In-depth knowledge of typography, color palettes, grid systems, and final file preparation for print and/or web.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Art, Media or equivalent.
• Soft Skills: Concise communication, effective time management, and collaboration in a team setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
