Job Description

Position Overview

Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is at the center of innovation in post-acute healthcare technology and a market leader in healthcare software development. As the Director of Customer and Product Marketing, you will report to the Head of Product Marketing and own the go-to-market strategy for key product lines. You will blend storytelling, strategy, and analytics to translate complex innovation into compelling narratives that drive adoption, loyalty, and growth. Collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Client Success, you will ensure every message resonates with both enterprise healthcare systems and mid-market providers. HCHB requires all applicants to be US citizens or have a green card allowing them to work in the US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve product positioning and messaging that clearly articulates value for enterprise buyers and mid-market providers.
  • Conduct deep market, customer, and competitive research to uncover opportunities for expansion and differentiation.
  • Partner with Product Management to align product development with market needs and emerging healthcare trends.
  • Develop and lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies from concept through launch, ensuring cross-functional alignment and measurable impact.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Demand Generation to design campaigns that resonate with both enterprise and mid-market buyer journeys.
  • Manage pricing, packaging, and commercialization strategies that balance scalability with accessibility.
  • Deliver enablement tools—sales playbooks, ROI calculators, and persona-based narratives—that elevate how solutions are positioned and sold.
  • Build win/loss and competitive intelligence programs to capture insights that inform sales tactics and long-term strategy.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the revenue organization by translating complex product capabilities into clear, differentiated values.
  • Establish success metrics to track marketing performance, adoption, and ROI.
  • Leverage analytics to refine GTM plans, messaging, and campaign strategies based on results.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance to tie marketing outcomes to business performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience Required: 7+ years progressive experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in healthtech, post-acute, or enterprise healthcare.
  • Proven success leading product launches and GTM strategies that accelerate revenue and adoption.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare buyer dynamics—from complex enterprise RFP cycles to fast-moving mid-market decisions.
  • Exceptional ability to translate technical and clinical concepts into accessible, emotionally compelling narratives.
  • Data-driven mindset with a commitment to testing, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Highly collaborative, with a track record of cross-functional leadership and influence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.

Benefits & Perks

  • Benefits: Competitive pay, robust benefits, and professional development opportunities.
  • Meaningful work that provides a sense of purpose by making a difference in the lives of clinicians, homecare staff, and patients.
  • Leaders who care, fostering a culture that appreciates and supports its team members.
  • Flexibility with both full and part-time career opportunities that support work-life balance.
  • A company that gives back through charitable initiatives aligned with the mission of empowering exceptional care.
