We're looking for a strategic, creative-minded marketer with a passion for sports to help support the strategic approach of our current and future sponsorship portfolio. This role within Deloitte Services LP is connected to our Sports SGM investment, which is anticipated to run for multiple years. At Deloitte, compensation decisions consider skill sets, experience, training, licensures, certifications, and other business needs. Salary: $80,400 - $165,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsibilities: Support the Deloitte US sponsorship team as a subject matter expert by developing and assessing plans to drive objectives through sponsorships.
- Portfolio Strategy: Support ongoing assessment of Deloitte's current and future sponsorship investments, including evaluating new opportunities, white space analysis, maintaining an inquiries database, and assisting in negotiations for new opportunities and renewals.
- Sponsorship Insights & Measurement: Build, maintain, monitor, and optimize sponsorship insights to inform activation strategy, portfolio strategy, and real-time assessment through syndicated and competitive research, vendor assessments, and collaborative reporting.
- Cross-Sponsorship Activation & Planning: Manage key existing activations that span multiple sponsorships, maintain a comprehensive activation calendar, and develop new cross-sponsorship strategic campaigns and initiatives.
- Sponsorship-Specific Activation Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with leadership and team members to develop overarching activation strategies and plans for various sponsorship areas including soccer, tennis, golf, Olympics and Paralympics, motorsports, and culinary.
- New Sponsorships Onboarding: Support the onboarding process and initial activation planning and production for net new sponsorships.
- Ad Hoc Initiatives: Lead additional projects and initiatives and support ongoing leadership requests.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sports or sponsorships.
- Proven experience in strategic marketing, project management, and integrated marketing.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, along with excellent attention to detail.
- Passion for sponsorship, brand, and marketing disciplines with strong writing and collaboration skills.
- Deep passion for sports coupled with a solid understanding of sports marketing.
- High level of comfort with ambiguity, fluid priorities, and managing multiple complex work threads in a virtual environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
