Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities

  • Execute community-based events focused on directly connecting customers with qualified telecommunications solutions
  • Communicate directly with potential customers and conduct in-person product presentations, walking them step by step through the enrollment and sales process
  • Complete all sales, upgrades, and qualification data entry into CRM
  • Actively listen to customers’ wants and needs to provide customized telecommunications solutions that align with their lifestyle
  • Assist in identifying new market opportunities and developing targeted outreach efforts in underserved communities
  • Build and maintain lasting customer and community relationships that drive loyalty and satisfaction
  • Stay informed about industry trends and wireless products to maintain a competitive advantage amongst other telecommunications brands
