Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic automotive services—including mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, and filter replacements—with precision and care.
• Train alongside mid and senior level technicians to learn additional automotive maintenance and repair techniques.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service through clear communication and attention to detail.
• Adhere strictly to safety policies and company procedures regarding vehicle care and operation.

Required Qualifications

• Experience Required: None required, on-the-job training will be provided.
• Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information to identify problems and make decisions.
• Commitment to learning new technologies and following established safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience or formal automotive training is a plus.
