We are pleased to offer an exceptional position for the Inside Sales and Marketing role. In this position, you will work closely with management, sales, office staff, technicians, customers, and vendors to support new customer acquisitions and existing customer relationships. You will also collaborate with Sales Reps, Sales Managers, and administrative teams to drive the sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers, sales, and administrative staff with their needs or questions.
  • Coordinate with sales staff to schedule meetings and opportunities.
  • Update CRM systems and run reports for management.
  • Coordinate conference calls and meetings and manage marketing efforts.
  • Create accurate proposals, estimates, and quotes for customers.
  • Execute contracts and renewals while ensuring proper closeout of completed sales jobs for invoicing.
  • Maintain productivity and help grow the business by meeting or exceeding financial goals.
  • Support other departments as needed and evaluate yearly work goals.
  • Handle calls from potential customers to assess their needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including possible out-of-town business or training.
