Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking talented Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professionals at various levels – Junior, Senior, and Lead – to join Catalyst Labs, a specialized talent agency operating in Recruitment, People Operations, and Talent Acquisition. At Catalyst Labs, we embed ourselves directly into our clients’ hiring infrastructures, working alongside Founders, CHROs, Heads of People, and Talent Acquisition Leads from Tier 1 VC-backed startups, scaling technology companies, investment entities, and enterprise organizations.

Location: Most of our client base is concentrated in California, New York, and select hubs across Europe and the UK.
Experience Required: Open to a wide range of professionals from early-career recruiters and talent coordinators to senior talent partners, lead recruiters, and people operations managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, stakeholder alignment, interviewing, and candidate closing.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers by advising on role design and refining hiring processes.
  • Utilize modern recruiting tools (such as ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and CRM systems) to drive efficient recruitment operations.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional and timely communication across all stages of the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in reputable internal talent teams, Tier 1 agencies, venture-backed startups, or high-caliber corporate HR environments.
  • Strong understanding of modern recruiting fundamentals, including structured interviewing, scorecards, competency-based assessments, and hiring manager alignment.
  • Hands-on experience in at least one recruiting specialty (e.g., Technical Recruiting for AI/ML, engineering, and product; GTM & Sales Hiring; G&A Recruitment; Executive Search; high-volume/campus recruiting; or international/remote hiring strategies).
  • Familiarity with modern Talent and PeopleOps tools such as ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby), sourcing tools, CRM systems, hiring analytics dashboards, and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent research and sourcing capabilities using advanced search methods, market mapping, and competitor analysis.
  • Ability to manage candidate experience with professionalism, clarity, and speed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in People Operations, including policies, onboarding, retention, culture building, and performance management cycles.
  • A demonstrated track record of high-quality placements, reduction in time-to-fill, process optimization, or scaling teams in fast-paced environments.
