Customer Service Agent - Hughes Center

Position Overview

You will greet customers, manage vehicle assessments, and ensure top-notch rental experiences with a starting hourly rate of $19.25 per hour. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers upon arrival and gather feedback to enhance future rental experiences.
• Ensure customers retrieve personal belongings, discreetly check vehicles for damage, and report issues to the appropriate channels.
• Advise customers on rental charges and provide accurate receipts to maintain a clear, customer-focused process.
• Identify and tag vehicles for maintenance or grounding and ensure they are moved to the correct location.
• Adapt to various weather conditions and take on additional tasks as required to support business needs.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and authorization to work in the United States.
• Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts, with 5-10% travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Speaking other languages is a plus.
