Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer requests or inquiries
- Upsell products and/or services to customers
- Identify and resolve customer issues using problem-solving skills
- Build a positive rapport across a variety of personality types
- Maintain a working knowledge of our products, services, and promotions
- Put the customer first and remain polite and professional at all times
- Document all customer information, communications, and sales in a computer system
Required Qualifications
- Goal oriented with a healthy competitive spirit
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow-through
- Working knowledge of Windows-based software
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in a growing organization
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- Background and/or drug test may be required
