Position Overview
At ASOS plc, we are looking for a highly motivated and organized Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, strategic thinker, and problem-solver passionate about driving operational excellence. To be successful, you must have an undergraduate degree in supply chain management, operations management, business administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management or a related domain. You will be responsible for planning and managing daily operations as well as long-term goals, working both independently and collaboratively with other departments. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain processes for operational excellence
- Monitor supply chain operations and identify areas for improvement
- Proactively manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability
- Develop and manage supplier relationships
- Analyze supply chain data and develop insights to improve processes
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Monitor supplier performance and quality control
- Develop and implement logistics strategies for cost optimization
- Develop and manage data warehouse systems
- Create and maintain supply chain documentation and reports
- Participate in cross-functional teams and collaborate with other departments
- Train and motivate staff to ensure high levels of productivity
- Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in supply chain management, operations management, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with supply chain software systems is a plus
