Job Description

Position Overview

At ASOS plc, we are looking for a highly motivated and organized Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, strategic thinker, and problem-solver passionate about driving operational excellence. To be successful, you must have an undergraduate degree in supply chain management, operations management, business administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management or a related domain. You will be responsible for planning and managing daily operations as well as long-term goals, working both independently and collaboratively with other departments. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic supply chain processes for operational excellence
  • Monitor supply chain operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Proactively manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability
  • Develop and manage supplier relationships
  • Analyze supply chain data and develop insights to improve processes
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Monitor supplier performance and quality control
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies for cost optimization
  • Develop and manage data warehouse systems
  • Create and maintain supply chain documentation and reports
  • Participate in cross-functional teams and collaborate with other departments
  • Train and motivate staff to ensure high levels of productivity
  • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in supply chain management, operations management, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with supply chain software systems is a plus
