Position Overview

Accenture Song, the world’s largest tech-powered creative group, is seeking a dynamic Creative Director for its Boston, MA office. In this role, you will drive omni-channel, brand-building campaigns and projects for Fortune 500 clients. You will lead creative teams across design and copy disciplines, provide both big picture vision and meticulous project management, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary leaders to deliver outstanding creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Concept, pitch, and deliver branding, campaign, and digital experiences
  • Lead creative teams across design and copy
  • Build review decks and present work to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-discipline leads to ensure project success
  • Develop meaningful relationships with clients
  • Deliver hands-on creative work when necessary
  • Support new business development through concepting and deck building

Required Qualifications

  • At least 10+ years of agency or equivalent creative industry experience across all media (digital, social, film, longform content, print)
  • Minimum of 5 years leading teams and presenting work to clients
  • Extraordinary online portfolio demonstrating diverse creative work for multiple brands
  • Proven experience working in a creative agency or a similar environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Telecomm, Media, and Technology (CMT) industry clients
  • Award-winning, industry-acclaimed portfolio (e.g., OneShow, AD&D, Cannes, Webbys, Emmys, Andys, Effies, ADC)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience), preferably in advertising or a related creative field
  • Experience using GenAI as a tool to drive the creative process and a clear perspective on AI’s role in the future of advertising
  • Proficiency with industry-standard creative software and GenAI tools
  • Fluency in social media platforms and trends
  • Experience in scaled Agency of Record (AOR) engagements
  • Natural storytelling skills with a knack for structuring narratives and selling ideas
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills

  • Compensation details vary based on office location, role, skill set, and experience. Annual Salary Range includes:
    • California: $94,400 to $293,800
    • Colorado: $94,400 to $253,800
    • District of Columbia: $100,500 to $270,300
    • Illinois: $87,400 to $253,800
    • Minnesota: $94,400 to $253,800
    • Maryland: $94,400 to $253,800
    • New York/New Jersey: $87,400 to $293,800
    • Washington: $100,500 to $270,300
