Position Overview

Foxlane Homes Indianapolis is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage all community activities from one of our beautifully decorated model homes, helping guide prospective buyers through every step of the home buying journey. This is a salary base plus commission role.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Job Type: Full-time | Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct needs analyses with prospective home buyers and prepare detailed cost estimates.
  • Present agreements of sale and assist customers in selecting financing programs that best suit their needs.
  • Initiate prospecting and marketing campaigns to generate new leads and drive traffic.
  • Demonstrate model homes and home sites to prospective buyers.
  • Effectively communicate and explain blueprints and site plans.
  • Deliver superior customer service to all Foxlane Homes customers.
  • Work two weekends per month (maintaining a five-day work week with two alternate days off).

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing or real estate sales.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Availability to work weekends as needed.
  • Driver’s License (Required).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in new residential construction (preferred).
  • New Home Construction: 3 years (Preferred).
  • Real estate sales: 3 years (Preferred).
