SOC Analyst

Position Overview

Deloitte is seeking an experienced SOC Analyst to join our Project Delivery Talent Model. In this role, you’ll work as a consultant—sharing new ideas and collaborating on projects—without the extensive demands of travel. Our Cyber Operate offering transforms cyber programs to align with clients’ strategic objectives and risk appetite, ensuring an agile response to evolving threats. Key Responsibilities

• Handle security events/alerts and provide rapid response leveraging your knowledge of network infrastructure and security tools.
• Lead advanced threat investigations, develop detection strategies, and mentor team members to enhance threat detection capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of proven SOC experience
• Experience evaluating vulnerabilities and patch management
• Experience with overall security operations
• Experience with incident response
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Ability to travel up to 10% based on client and project needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with threat hunting

Benefits & Perks

• Compensation: $75,000 to $115,000
