Position Overview

Net2Source is a Global Workforce Solutions Company headquartered in NJ, USA with branch offices in the Asia Pacific region. We are one of the fastest growing IT Consulting companies across the USA and are hiring a Paid Search/SEO Specialist for one of our clients. This role is based in Downtown Dallas, TX. Location: Downtown Dallas, TX. Schedule: 6 Months contract to hire.

The Manager of Paid Search will be responsible for executing client projects and deliverables across the Paid Search vertical. Working under the Paid Search Director, this role entails leading campaign performance, strategic planning, and client education by translating complex strategies into clear, actionable insights. The successful candidate will drive daily account optimizations and oversee both internal operations and client-facing initiatives, ensuring that campaign objectives and performance goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and build trust with co-workers.
  • Perform daily account optimizations and manage the integration of higher level strategic thinking and innovation.
  • Ensure the operational success of accounts by meeting deliverables on time and maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Maintain regular account audits to verify that optimization efforts meet campaign objectives and performance goals.
  • Manage monthly budgets and ensure spending does not exceed designated caps.
  • Adhere to best practices and strive to achieve 100% accuracy in all deliverables.
  • Leverage AdScience insights to enhance optimizations and drive improved results across client campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to build and refine processes that support the implementation of Paid Search objectives.
  • Prioritize deliverables, maintain deadlines, and effectively communicate any delays.
  • Act as an escalation point internally for client issues and operational challenges.
  • Continuously seek innovative testing approaches to improve campaign performance.
  • Invest in understanding the Paid Search vertical and apply insights to drive client business and brand performance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring confidence in the agency’s strategic, technological, and optimization capabilities.
  • Collaborate with planning and marketing teams to develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies.
  • Deliver monthly analytics and performance reviews aligned with client KPIs and goals.
  • Review and present Paid Search results quarterly, and participate in additional client meetings as required.
  • Execute client requests and inquiries with clarity and precision.
  • Communicate and articulate the agency’s Paid Search approach effectively to clients.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of client brands, industry trends, and organizational structures to align agency offerings with client objectives.
  • Monitor industry changes and incorporate innovations into client campaign optimizations, collaborating with executive leadership as needed.
