Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with established plans
• Collaborate with office staff and family members to ensure seamless communication
• Assist clients with daily living activities
• Prepare nutritious meals
• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Perform household chores, such as cleaning and laundry
• Remind clients about medication
• Transport clients to appointments and outings

Required Qualifications

• Active CNA or HHA certification
