Senior Corporate Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Recruiter to join our team in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This position is ideal for a strategic recruitment specialist with expertise in corporate talent acquisition. As a trusted advisor, you will play a key role in attracting top-tier talent for leadership and technical roles while serving as a brand ambassador at industry events and community engagements. This is a long-term contract opportunity that offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for corporate and mining leadership positions, ensuring a seamless experience from intake to onboarding.
- Develop tailored strategies to attract candidates for specialized, technical, and hard-to-fill roles.
- Provide hiring managers with expert advice on market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment challenges.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-driven recruitment methods.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, industry events, and college campuses to strengthen early-career and experienced candidate pipelines.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s values, culture, and growth opportunities to potential candidates.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies while ensuring accurate documentation within applicant tracking systems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize recruitment processes and share best practices across the team.
- Collaborate with communications teams to enhance employer branding and strengthen the company’s presence at external engagements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree: in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 years: of progressive recruiting experience, with a focus on corporate recruitment.
- Proven expertise: in sourcing and attracting candidates for technical and leadership roles, ideally within the mining industry.
- Familiarity: with recruiting for site-based or project-driven operations is highly preferred.
- Strong ability: to work independently while maintaining effective partnerships with stakeholders.
- Experience: with global recruitment processes and strategies is a plus.
- Proficiency: in applicant tracking systems and full-cycle recruitment methods.
- Excellent communication: and interpersonal skills to effectively represent the organization in various capacities.
