Job Description
Position Overview
Client Service Agent at Connexions Inc. (CNX) – an appraisal management software providing fast, reliable, and cost-effective valuation services to the lending industry. CNX manages the full administration of the appraisal process, vendors, and quality control of policies. In this role, you will play a critical part in client retention by ensuring a smooth appraisal management process. Compensation: $45,000-$52,000. This is a full-time, business to business client service position (no sales).
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively handle client escalations by responding in a timely manner and following escalation procedures and chain of command.
- Sign up new broker user.
- Seek opportunities to introduce new ideas and improve processes.
- Schedule: Be available to work between 8:00 am – 8:00 pm (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday. Some Evenings Required.
Required Qualifications
- Qualifications: Excellent communication skills – verbal and written fluency at a professional level.
- Education: Post-Secondary Education required.
- Experience Required: Experience handling client phone calls and email inquiries and delivering an exceptional client experience to financial industry partners.
- Qualifications: Proficient computer skills including competency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Qualifications: Must have speedy and accurate typing skills, and be detail oriented.
- Qualifications: Demonstrates sound judgment and effective problem solving skills.
- Qualifications: Remains energized and focused in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Qualifications: Industry experience in any of the following is an asset: business to business services, mortgage processing sector, call center/customer service environment, or professional data entry services.
- Qualifications: Industry knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
