Field Service/Installation Technician - Full-time

Position Overview

At Benco Dental our company is our family. We are seeking a Field Service/Installation Technician to drive dentistry forward by providing hands‐on support to our customers. Based in Levittown, PA with additional operations in Willow Grove, PA, you will offer innovative solutions beyond repairs and maintenance in a role designed for professional growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing maintenance and repair services in the field
• Training staff on proper equipment use
• Training customers on using equipment effectively

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Proficiency in Windows-based programs with strong organizational, problem solving, and exceptional communication skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, and lifting up to 55 pounds frequently (occasionally up to 100 pounds)
• Availability for frequent travel to customer sites and occasional use of power tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical training in the bio-medical or electronics field
• Experience in mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems
• Working knowledge of pneumatics
