Editor & Writer - Talent Attraction

Job Title

McKinsey & Company is looking to add an experienced Editor & Writer – Talent Attraction to our team. We are a global management consulting firm that helps organizations across industries and geographies create lasting, meaningful change. This role requires a creative, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about the power of words to attract and engage top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing and editing, as well as a deep understanding of recruiting and the job search process.

Specifically, we are looking for someone who can:

• Craft compelling, on-brand content for recruitment materials, including job descriptions, brochures, emails, and other pieces
• Develop and maintain editorial standards and guidelines for all recruitment content
• Work with a range of stakeholders to ensure content is accurate and up-to-date
• Edit and proofread existing recruitment materials
• Collaborate with recruiters, HR professionals, and other staff to identify and develop content that meets the needs of our target audiences

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor recruitment trends and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of recruitment materials.
• Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Work with the marketing team to identify and promote recruitment opportunities.
