Position Overview

USA Measurements builds industrial weighing equipment used by companies across the country. We’re scaling fast with new products, new markets, and aggressive growth goals.

The Mission: Build a marketing engine that consistently generates qualified leads, increases online sales, and strengthens our brand across all channels. You will own digital marketing – strategy, execution, and results – auditing current efforts, fixing what isn’t working, and scaling what is.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive traffic and demand generation through SEO, CRO, Google & Microsoft ads, retargeting, and quality content.
  • Build, test, and optimize landing pages, funnels, and email sequences using data-driven decisions.
  • Audit current vendor performance (SEO, PPC, CRO, email marketing), cut non-performers, scale successful campaigns, and hold vendors accountable with KPIs and ROI.
  • Transition key marketing functions in-house – taking control of email marketing, SEO, PPC, CRO, content, and automation without losing momentum.
  • Turn the website into a 24/7 sales machine by improving UX, product clarity, and conversion rates through continuous testing.
  • Grow marketplace visibility and revenue on platforms like Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, and Walmart by optimizing listings, keywords, pricing, and promotions.
  • Build and manage a small execution team (via Upwork/contractors) to handle repetitive tasks while focusing on high-value strategy and scaling.
  • Leverage AI to eliminate low-value tasks, speed up execution, and enhance overall performance and decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of real experience in D2C/eCommerce or B2B digital marketing.
  • Proven experience managing SEO, CRO, paid ads, and marketplace marketing.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on experiments, funnels, KPIs, and measurable growth.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and a dislike for "committee marketing" with a track record of delivering proven results.

Note: This role is not for candidates who need constant direction, only want to “manage a brand,” or are afraid to make decisions and be held accountable for performance.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $80,000–$110,000 base salary (depending on experience and proven results) plus performance bonuses tied to revenue, leads, and conversion growth. Full healthcare benefits are provided.
