New graduates at ENERCON will engage in essential tasks critical to our project's success. You will learn and apply relevant codes and standards in project design, exhibit organizational skills, and maintain a positive attitude toward learning and feedback. Helpful Skills for Success:

• Graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an ABET-accredited program in one of the preferred disciplines.
• Able to start between May 2026 and August 2026.
• Graduating in May-June 2026 preferred.
• Preferable courses completed: Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer, Material Science, and Statics.
• Strong foundation in your discipline’s core concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Capability to work independently and effectively collaborate in teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders at client sites.
• Proficient in navigating client sites for walkdowns.
• Comfortable working outdoors.
• Willingness to travel for client or company projects and meetings.

Interview and Employment Requirements:

• Completion of pre-interview assessments.
• Submission of college transcripts for candidates with less than one year of post-graduation experience.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screenings and background checks according to company and client policies.

Salary Information:

The salary range for this full-time position is $71,000.00 - $85,000.00. Salary ranges are based on the role, level, experience, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and job-related skills, experience, and education.
