At Five Star Property Management, we’re looking for a Customer Service Administrative Assistant to handle first impressions — both in person and over the phone — with professionalism and warmth. We’re an award-winning residential property management company serving hundreds of homes in Las Vegas. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet walk-ins and answer phone calls as the first point of contact
  • Answer general questions about properties, rental applications, and services
  • Direct specific inquiries to the appropriate team members
  • Support new resident move-ins (scheduling, keys, access coordination)
  • Help facilitate smooth move-outs for departing residents
  • Use internal communication tools to route emails and assign tasks
  • Assist with general office and administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Friendly, calm, and solutions-focused under pressure
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Positive, team-first attitude
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Ability to work onsite from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (M–F)
