Junior Paralegal - Remote | Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Position Overview

We are hiring a Junior Paralegal to support our Senior Paralegal and legal team across real estate litigation and transactional matters. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Paralegal with drafting and organizing legal documents
• Manage case files, deadlines, and document templates
• Conduct legal research and assist with discovery tasks
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel in both English and Spanish
• Follow documented processes in Trainual and contribute to system updates
• Support billing goals by contributing to client work daily
• Maintain consistent team communication to keep cases moving

Required Qualifications

• Full fluency in English and Spanish
• At least 1 year of experience as a legal assistant or junior paralegal (internships count!)
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• A humble, teachable attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Familiarity with California real estate or litigation procedures is a plus
• Comfortable with software such as MyCase, Google Workspace, and Trainual—or willing to learn
