Key Responsibilities

• Use visual thinking and hands-on design skills to solve strategic business challenges.
• Provide a unique perspective, inspiring concepts, and visual support for projects.
• Flex and showcase a variety of creative skills.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across the agency.
• Deliver client-ready assets for social, out of home, brand marketing, advertising, web, events, print, and presentation deck design.
• Craft and elevate visually engaging presentations that transform ideas into impactful visual stories.

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of design experience.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote, and Google Slides.
• Multi-disciplinary design portfolio with experience across digital, print, and experiential media.
• Skilled in multitasking and prioritizing workloads to meet tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to take projects from concept through final design execution.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills to articulate creative concepts and solutions.
• Collaborative, energetic, and proactive work ethic.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $55,000 - $60,000. This position is eligible for comprehensive benefits including medical insurance (health, dental, and vision), a retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, and referral bonuses. Final compensation will be determined by factors such as relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
