The Human Resources department is seeking an HR Business Partner to support strategic initiatives including strategy implementation, associate relations, compliance, and talent development. Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and input on business unit workforce planning, succession planning, role definition, and restructures.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers by properly interpreting and consistently administering policies.
- Support the communication and execution of professional development, performance management, and compliance activities.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day employee management, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance (partnering with the legal department as necessary).
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Partner with management to support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Cultivate and maintain partnerships that utilize relationship management for informed decision making and communication.
- Participate in special projects both individually and as part of cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in Human Resources (experience in financial services is preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to groups.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and influence through strong relationships and data-driven insights.
- Competencies: Strategic and Critical Thinking, Strategic Agility and Resiliency, and Professional Trustworthiness.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
