Position Overview

NoGood is an award-winning, tech-enabled growth consultancy that fuels the success of iconic brands worldwide. Based in NYC with a global client roster including Nike, Oura, TikTok, and more, we blend strategy, creative, content, and data-driven growth expertise. We are seeking a Paid Social specialist experienced in managing ad spend (minimum $10,000) for D2C brands or B2B SaaS products. This role partners closely with creative, product, and content teams to launch holistic, full-funnel paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic insight on emerging trends and industry developments impacting the social media landscape.
  • Launch ad campaigns across paid social platforms for multiple clients.
  • Become an expert on clients' brands and goals to develop creative solutions that boost reputation and conversions.
  • Leverage deep understanding of products and competitors to design high-engagement campaigns.
  • Collaborate with branding/creative teams to ensure ad assets (static imagery & video) and copy meet brand guidelines.
  • Present weekly campaign performance reports, highlighting successes and proposing new experiments.
  • Advise clients on improving bottom-of-funnel performance to lower overall CAC and improve LTV.
  • Maintain regular client communication and demonstrate strong project management skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience managing ad spend across leading social advertising platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest. Experience with Paid Search is a major plus.
  • Proven track record of managing a monthly paid social budget of at least $10,000.
  • Deep knowledge in liaising with product teams to correctly set up events on various ad platforms; familiarity with marketing attribution tools like Rockerbox or Appsflyer is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating with branding/creative teams to produce high-quality ad assets that align with brand guidelines.
  • Skilled in reporting ad performance across platforms and communicating ongoing experiments.
  • Highly analytical with a strong drive to achieve client KPIs.
  • Expertise in integrating paid, owned, and earned media in social campaign orchestration.
  • A passion for the social media landscape with demonstrated thought leadership in the space.

Compensation & EEO Transparency

Compensation: $50,000-$75,000 base pay plus bonus.
