Job Description

Position Overview

Our NIKE, Inc. Supply Chain team is the engine that propels product around the world. As part of our dynamic organization, you will join a leading team ensuring that nearly a billion units of footwear, apparel, and equipment reach their destinations at the right time each year. This internship is based at our North America Distribution Centers in Memphis, TN, with placement opportunities across Operations, Planning, and Transportation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on operational process improvements
  • Lead project deployment initiatives such as implementing new technology or capabilities
  • Improve information and data flows across business and operational partners
  • Analyze data, present findings, and provide recommendations to drive key business decisions

Required Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an undergraduate program with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or Spring 2027
  • Background in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Analytics, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business, or Project Management
  • 0-2 years of work experience
  • Resume submission (PDF) required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Supply Chain Analytics tools like Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, VB, and Excel
  • Strong analytical skillset with the ability to leverage data for effective problem-solving
  • Experience with statistical processes or applying statistical methods to identify improvement opportunities and root causes
  • Ability to assimilate large data sets and identify key drivers for problem resolution
  • Understanding of the end-to-end process flow of a distribution center
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach and support others
  • Comfort working in a distribution center environment with varying shift schedules
