Position Overview

In this role, you’ll oversee the architectural design and technical development of high-profile data center andmission criticalprojects, ensuring innovative and functional workplace solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the production and coordination of data center andmission criticaltechnical drawings through all project phases—from Concept Design to Construction Documentation.
  • Oversee the development and integration of design solutions, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Manage multiple projects, providing technical guidance to junior staff and ensuring adherence to design intent, quality standards, and client objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with scope and performance goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Professional degree in Architecture and an active architectural license.
  • 8-10 years of experience with a proven track record in data center design and project delivery.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with experience in BIM coordination.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide teams through complex technical challenges.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality architectural solutions.
