Job Description

Position Overview

As a Senior Program Manager, Marketing at XPO, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive customer awareness, retention, and acquisition. In this role you will create compelling customer communications, manage key marketing tools and platforms, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to boost customer engagement and drive demand.
  • Leverage multiple marketing channels including email, social media, conferences, events, and web content through always on campaign management.
  • Drive targeted campaigns using automation (Pardot) and CRM tools, segment audiences, and use data analytics to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Create, review, and update customer marketing collateral and content such as emails, blogs, website copy, and sales enablement tools, ensuring consistency with XPO's brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with sales, communications, operations, customer success, and product management teams to support overall business objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, economics, or supply chain (or equivalent work/military experience).
  • 2+ years of marketing and/or marketing operations experience.
  • Proven experience drafting and refining customer communications of various lengths.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in Marketing/CRM tools (e.g., Pardot, SFDC, ZoomInfo, Showpad, Google Ads) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to build brand collateral using Canva or equivalent content creation tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of marketing and/or marketing operations experience.
  • A keen eye for creating and finalizing professional-looking branded collateral and assets.
  • Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, supply chain, economics, or logistics.
  • Experience in sales and a strong understanding of LTL or Transport and Logistics industry dynamics.
