Key Responsibilities

• Utilize a consultative sales approach on the sales floor to guide customers through their options.
• Engage with the community through events, process online orders, and make outbound calls.
• Maintain a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based scheduling provided in advance.
