Position Overview
The Hotel Operations Rotational Program is a two‐year initiative based in Miami, FL (Port of Miami office) and sponsored by the Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations. Designed to build future leaders, the program offers a comprehensive development experience through rotations in both corporate shoreside and shipboard areas – including Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, Entertainment, and Onboard Revenue/Product Development. Graduates (expected May 2026) will begin in August 2026, with in‐person work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays, and ultimately have the opportunity to advance to a Sr. Analyst role at RCG.
Key Responsibilities
- Hotel Operations: Gain an in‐depth understanding of guest and crew experiences while working closely with corporate and operational groups across multiple functions such as F&B, Onboard Revenue, Entertainment, Cruise Programs, Guest Relations, and Housekeeping, along with support from departments like Marine Operations, IT, HR, Marketing, Accounting, and more.
- Life at Sea: Participate in up to two 3‐month rotations onboard ships to experience the fast-paced life at sea and learn how corporate initiatives impact guest and crew experiences.
- Hotel Performance: Support the Onboard Revenue teams by retrieving and analyzing large volumes of data to track performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support financial targets across diverse revenue areas.
- F&B: Analyze food waste data from product preparation to guest consumption, streamline procedures, develop company standards, and create cost-saving analysis presentations for the culinary department.
- Entertainment: Assist in researching and analyzing entertainment and guest activity programming including sports, family and adult activities, youth programs, live music, and strategic partner initiatives, as well as supporting newbuild development and competitive analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Hospitality, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
- Must be a May 2026 graduate and available to begin in August 2026.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
- Preferred GPA of 3.5 or higher along with proven leadership skills from academic or professional experience.
- Willingness to work onboard a ship for rotations lasting up to 3 months.
