Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and establish effective connections with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisor(s) to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations.
