Position Overview

We are an AI-powered SaaS startup looking for a Junior Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll support the design and delivery of technical solutions for customers across the entire go-to-market lifecycle—from pre-sales demonstrations and client onboarding to successful solution deployment. As a technology generalist, you'll gain hands-on experience with Python, SaaS automation, and AI-driven technologies, helping automate processes, optimize workflows, and enhance efficiency across multiple business functions. This fast-paced position requires adaptability to shifting priorities while offering exceptional opportunities for professional growth, skill development, and collaboration within an innovative startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, by assisting in technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept projects, highlighting how our AI-powered SaaS platform addresses client challenges.
  • Collaborate directly with new clients during onboarding, ensuring smooth implementation, effective platform setup, and tailored integrations.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain automation workflows and integrations using Python, as well as platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, HubSpot etc.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, clearly communicating solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work closely with product and Customer Success teams to relay customer feedback, improve user adoption, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Advocate for the customer in internal meetings, ensuring their needs are prioritized in product updates.

Required Qualifications

  • A degree in STEM, Finance, or strong analytical fields
  • Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, data analysis, and workflow automation.
  • A technology-first, problem-solving mindset, with a focus on workflow optimization and efficiency.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with experience working effectively in cross-functional environments.
  • Ideally based in New York City and willing to come to the office at least three times per week in Manhattan.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Database tools – SQL or similar (desirable)
  • Experience or exposure to data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Experience or willingness to learn Go-to-Market (GTM) automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, AI-driven outreach platforms).
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software, automation platforms, and AI-driven tools.
