Position Overview

Parker and Sons is seeking a Senior Vice President of Marketing to join the executive leadership team. This role is responsible for developing and executing an enterprise-wide marketing strategy that accelerates growth, enhances brand equity, drives demand generation, and strengthens customer experience across all locations. The ideal candidate is a direct-to-consumer, data-driven marketer who can scale a high-velocity marketing engine and collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, and Finance to align marketing investments with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an enterprise-wide marketing strategy aligned with growth goals and market expansion plans.
  • Oversee a $10M+ annual marketing budget with discipline, rigor, and ROI accountability.
  • Mentor and scale a high-performing internal marketing team dedicated to demand generation and customer acquisition.
  • Implement full-funnel performance marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Operations, Sales, Finance, and Technology—to ensure marketing initiatives drive business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including executive-level oversight.
  • Proven success leading marketing for multi-location or multi-brand businesses, preferably in B2C service or consumer-focused industries.
  • Expertise in performance marketing, digital channels, customer acquisition strategy, and full-funnel optimization with proven ROI improvement while managing budgets of $10M+.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, influencing, and communication skills, with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or an advanced degree is considered a plus.
  • Experience in implementing scalable marketing processes and systems.
  • Expertise in advanced analytics, attribution modeling, and performance metric optimization.
