2025 Full-time - Financial Analyst - Onsite (TX)

Position Overview

The Financial Analyst position at Raytheon in McKinney, TX is focused on supporting the F-16 Portfolio within the Operations/Supply Chain/Quality (OSQ) team. The role involves managing daily business and financial activities, ensuring cost and schedule control, and providing analytical support to enhance program financial metrics. Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for cost/schedule control and analysis for assigned programs.
• Conduct Hour Per Unit (HPU) Analysis and Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) forecasting.
• Perform variance analysis and data reviewing and reporting.
• Partner with Program Manager and CAM's/IPTL's to ensure successful contract execution.
• Drive finance processes for assigned programs and monitor program health and compliance.
• Identify risks affecting cost and/or schedule and provide proactive financial analysis.
• Support 5 Year and AOP forecasting and perform additional ad-hoc analysis.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, Management, or a closely related field.
• 1 year of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and self-initiative.
