Senior - Principal Level Recruitment Consultants – Roc Search
Roc Search is seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team in downtown San Diego. This full desk, Account Executive–style role offers the opportunity to work with a friendly, motivated, and close-knit team, focusing on the placement of technology professionals.
Location: Hybrid in our San Diego office (paid parking)
Start Date:
FlexibleCompensation: Base: $70,000 - $100,000, OTE: $120,000 - $150,000 (commission potential year 1; earnings are uncapped and can vary based on performance)
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibilities: Lead business development efforts to secure new business for Roc Search.
- Develop strategies to grow the client base and implement effective sales plans.
- Present tailored service overviews to C-suite and senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to understand client business models and craft tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives and management to obtain referrals and market intelligence.
- Continuously expand relationships with existing clients by identifying additional business opportunities.
- Respond to business requests and create compelling, client-focused proposals.
- Negotiate terms of business and agreements with prospective clients.
- Deliver training sessions for Junior Consultants when needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (experience in contract recruitment is preferred).
- Proven billing history with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong drive and enthusiasm with a customer-centric approach.
- Substantial business development experience with organizations of all sizes.
- Robust market knowledge.
