Salary: $11.00/hr to $15.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Start your career as a Trainee in our 5‑week paid training program and earn a $.50 raise with promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion.
• Continue to grow your skills by entering our Pawnbroker Certification Program and earn an additional $1/hour.
• Excel and explore opportunities to promote to the Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Manager) position.
• Follow the career path and apply for a Store Manager in Training position which includes a 12‑week training program to build the foundation to run your own store.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and interacting in person and on the phone.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to multitask.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Adherence to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics.
• Sales background.
• Bilingual abilities.
