Job Description

Position Overview

PCR Systems, Inc., a well-established IT outsourcing company for over 30 years, is seeking an entry-level Help Desk technician for one of our hospitals in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the hospital’s Helpdesk team to troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues, manage and deploy new computers, perform minor hardware repairs, and handle related tasks.
  • Work hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm.

Required Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of the Windows operating system, applications, and basic networking.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of college or trade school in a related field and be able to demonstrate the required skills.
