We’re looking for a Brand Manager to lead marketing strategy, programs, and campaigns for a fast-paced consumer brand in the beverage space. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building engagement, driving awareness, and maintaining a strong competitive edge in an evolving category.

About the Role

In this position, you’ll oversee brand platforms and marketing programs that connect with consumers, customers, and distribution partners. You’ll combine creative thinking with analytical discipline — translating insights into strategies that drive measurable brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the brand marketing plan, from strategy through analysis and execution.
  • Lead, manage, and coach a growing brand marketing team.
  • Analyze category trends and brand performance to identify opportunities for growth and profitability.
  • Partner with Insights, Category Management, and Sales to translate consumer data into actionable brand strategies.
  • Create compelling marketing campaigns and retail programs that drive consumer demand and strengthen brand visibility.
  • Lead the development and implementation of campaign and program strategies with clear objectives and KPIs.
  • Ensure seamless integration of brand initiatives across digital channels — including websites, social media, and CRM programs.
  • Develop innovative strategies to enhance consumer engagement and loyalty.
  • Manage project workflows and budgets, ensuring all initiatives are delivered efficiently and on time.
  • Generate fresh ideas and creative concepts to keep the brand culturally relevant and top-of-mind.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree: in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience: in brand management, ideally within consumer packaged goods or beverage.
  • Proven success: in developing and executing marketing campaigns from concept through launch.
  • Strong project management skills: with attention to detail and the ability to manage shifting priorities.
  • A proactive: self-motivated leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and collaborates effectively across functions.
  • Excellent communicator: with a balance of creative and analytical thinking.
