As the face of our customer's experience, you will gain the knowledge and experience required to advance into a management position under the guidance of seasoned professionals. Comprehensive training covers multiple departments—including sales, marketing, and compliance operations—to build a HIGH-PERFORMANCE CULTURE that drives revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with qualified leads, review product and service options, and efficiently close sales.
  • Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
  • Ensure customer expectations are met through inspections, evaluations, and outstanding customer service.
  • Undergo complete training and perform duties across various departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Present product presentations to potential customers and integrate customer outreach with overall sales goals.
  • Monitor and report performance progress against sales objectives with management and core trainers.
  • Observe experienced Sales Account Executives to learn company values, methods, procedures, and standards.
  • Achieve individual sales and business development goals through continuous coaching and training.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Management, Business Management, Finance, or Communications.
  • Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of professional growth and exceeding set quotas.
  • Motivated to learn, reliable, and professional.
  • Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of staff across the organization.
  • Adaptability to continuous changes in the sales process with strong time management and productivity skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
