Job Description

Position Overview

Provide high-level administrative support for executive management. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining the executive's calendar, making travel arrangements, handling information requests, performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings while also maintaining the integrity of confidential and sensitive information. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the executive’s calendar by scheduling meetings, conference calls, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Handle information requests, prepare correspondence, and receive visitors while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive data.
  • Coordinate routine administrative matters and assist with processing invoices, APT requests, and other assignments as needed.
  • Liaise and communicate effectively with senior executives, external business partners, and team members.
  • Support the executive by assisting in the coordination of company activities, HR onboarding processes, and department time management.
  • Exemplify core company values and maintain a high level of discretion, patience, and judgment in all tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Any administrative support experience with a strong knowledge of office procedures and practices.
  • Familiarity with corporate policies and procedures, organizational levels, and reporting relationships.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proven ability to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA requirements.
  • High level of focus on quality, accuracy, and timely execution of tasks.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Qualifications: Any pharmacy and/or clinic experience
