  • Expertise in Figma, including component libraries, design tokens, variants, auto-layout, versioning, and plugins, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality, reusable components and patterns.
  • Experience creating systems for web, iOS, and Android with strong responsive design skills and platform-specific UI knowledge.
  • Strong grasp of WCAG and inclusive design principles with the ability to embed accessibility standards in components, tokens, and documentation.
  • A portfolio showcasing system-level thinking, component creation, comprehensive documentation, and design-to-code parity.
  • Experience in agile, cross-functional environments with excellent communication and storytelling skills grounded in logic and data.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience applying AI tools and workflows to improve design system processes (e.g., component creation, documentation, accessibility audits, or design-to-code implementations).
  • Familiarity with governance models, contribution workflows, and lifecycle management for complex, enterprise-scale systems.
  • Strength in information architecture, interaction design, and visual design within system constraints.
  • Experience ensuring multi-platform parity and close collaboration with developers to maintain consistency across frameworks and design kits.
