Key Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain required financial licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66, and LAH) prior to onboarding.
- Build long-term client relationships and deliver customized financial strategies.

Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
- A four-year college degree is preferred but not required.
- Ability to navigate obtaining required state licenses and pass the SIE exam prior to onboarding.
- Willingness to pursue FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations with company sponsorship.
- Results-driven self-starter with integrity, a strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to leverage past experiences to develop markets and sustain long-term relationships.
Compensation Details
Entry level Financial Professionals begin in our Preliminary Employment Program (PEP) and may receive a sign-on payment ranging from $250 to $1,000. During PEP, you have the opportunity to earn 100% of the commissions generated in accordance with the Company’s commission schedules. After your first 90 days as a PEP Prospective Associate, you become eligible for company-sponsored medical insurance (at your expense). Upon successful completion of PEP, you can choose between two compensation structures: full commission plus bonus (with a 30% bonus on eligible first-year commissions) or an annual base salary of $24,000 with reduced commission. Average first-year earnings have ranged from $62,000 to $135,000 for top performers.
