Position Overview

In our Marketing team, you will support client and business development activities, collaborate with technical staff to develop compelling proposals, and help attract clients and top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Data:
    • Develop knowledge of Vantagepoint database and support the marketing team with data maintenance and reporting
    • Audit, verify, and update marketing contacts in the database
    • Reconcile and segment marketing contacts in the database and email service provider contact list
    • Contribute to the development of a process for ongoing maintenance of contact data
    • Audit and report on data in pursuit stages
    • Perform general data entry and reporting duties
  • Research:
    • Conduct research on industry trends, markets, clients, competitors, and other needs as required
    • Research key client prequalification cycles and add requirements, deadlines, staff, and expirations to the database
    • Conduct research for project opportunities
  • Promotional Activities:
    • Review, edit, and develop key marketing qualifications content and collateral (e.g., staff resumes, project summaries)
    • Collaborate with the team in support of social media and website content and strategies
    • Support activities in preparation for tradeshow exhibiting
