Job Description

Position Overview

At Under Armour, we are committed to empowering those who strive for more. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager (Coordinator level) to support our Global Marketing Operations Team in Baltimore, MD. You will coordinate diverse Americas-focused projects including regional marketing campaigns, product marketing initiatives, and key sport & culture moments, working closely with internal cross-functional teams and external partners. Compensation: $71,475.20-$89,344.00 USD. Additional details: 4 days per week in office with 1 day remote; sponsorship is not available; relocation is not provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Manager and team in managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Regional Marketing, Channel Marketing, UX/UI, Creative, Production, and external freelance partners.
  • Plan and track project milestones within the PM system (Workfront) to support dashboard reporting for transparency and accountability.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the project management function.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with typically 2 years of relevant experience, OR Master's degree without experience, OR typically 6 years of relevant work experience without a degree.
  • 1-3 years of creative or account management experience within an agency, brand, or category marketing organization.
  • Direct work experience in a creative and project management capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of project management, techniques, and tools.
  • Collaborative, solutions-focused, highly organized and resilient in the face of evolving client demands.
  • Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
