Position Overview

Join our dynamic, client-focused team as a leader in recruiting, overseeing the hiring of over 2,000 new professionals annually across worldwide divisions. Compensation: The typical base pay range is USD $110,300 - $174,500 per year. Individual pay depends on work location, role complexity, and relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic recruiting and talent acquisition tactics.
  • Evaluate current recruiting functions and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support business objectives by attracting and converting top talent in a competitive market.
  • Select, lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiting professionals.
  • Oversee day-to-day recruiting operations including budgets, candidate sourcing, onboarding, and operational metrics.
  • Provide thought leadership in building and promoting our employer brand.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines for current and future job openings.
  • Partner with marketing to create branding collateral and attend recruiting events.
  • Evaluate and improve hiring processes including ATS configuration and features.
  • Manage external partnerships with job boards, software vendors, colleges, and other recruitment vendors.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, set goals, and prepare reports for leadership.
  • Understand corporate hiring stakeholders’ needs and adjust recruiting strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor industry wage, salary, and benefit structures and recommend adjustments to remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with Staffing leadership to monitor overtime, shift substitutions, and bonus usage.
  • Build international recruiting functions by partnering with international agencies and developing internal capabilities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of full cycle recruiting with progressively increasing responsibility.
  • 5+ years’ experience in managing and leading a recruiting team.
  • 5+ years’ experience in leveraging recruitment marketing and branding tools, including social media networks.
  • Experience with Workday ATS is preferred.
  • Healthcare industry recruiting or staffing agency experience is highly preferred.
  • International HR, recruiting, and/or staffing experience is a plus.
