Position Overview

Job Title: Entry Level Recruitment Consultant

Location: Oak Lawn, Dallas, TX

Compensation:$45,000 base salary + uncapped commission from day one (estimated 1st year OTE $75-90k)

Join our growing Dallas team at Phaidon International, a fast-growing recruitment firm and the 6th largest in the US. Our consultants specialize in high-level positions in distinct niches, delivering true expertise and value to both clients and candidates. Throughout the interview process, you will be matched to a sub-team within one of our specialized brands: Selby Jennings, EPM Scientific, Larson Maddox, and LVI Associates.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development:Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, or messenger; pitch and negotiate service agreements; maintain and update ongoing client relationships; and pull and qualify client hiring needs.
• Candidate Sourcing:Headhunt top talent (mid-to-senior/executive level) within your assigned niche; network with passive/inactive candidates; and cold call and message candidates to build a robust pipeline.
• Process Management:Introduce candidates to clients; coordinate interview processes with effective feedback exchange; negotiate and deliver offers; and provide post-placement care to ensure long-term success.
