Job Description

We are looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our growing team as Health Support Specialists. In this role, you will work directly with individuals and families to help them understand and enroll in healthcare coverage options that best fit their needs.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with individuals seeking healthcare coverage options
• Educate clients on available plans and benefits
• Guide clients through the enrollment process from start to finish
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a consistent pipeline
• Stay informed about healthcare coverage options and updates

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with people over the phone and in person
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to build trust and build relationships with clients
• Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to grow professionally
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or consulting is helpful but not required
