Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the strategy and team that executes integrated, multi‑channel marketing plans for one or more products/initiatives, formulating plans that acquire, grow, and retain customers.
- Develop value propositions for key segments and sub‑segments, incorporating key messages for relevant products.
- Work with market research to identify audience insights and understand personas and decision makers, developing journey maps.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify marketing opportunities at each stage of the sales funnel.
- Develop data‑driven acquisition and retention campaigns with a focus on measurement/ROI.
- Create content strategy and produce thought leadership, including quarterly newsletters and content updates on PNC.com.
- Partner with digital, social and paid media teams to execute paid search, SEO, paid social and paid media initiatives.
- Lead agency management and coordination while establishing and administering budget policies and practices.
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners.
- Provide performance management, continuous coaching and development to drive business results and adapt to evolving strategies.

Required Qualifications
- University/college degree required; higher education such as a Master’s or PhD is desirable.
- At least 8+ years of industry‑relevant experience with a minimum of 5 years in management.
- Bachelor’s degree is a must.
- No required certifications or licenses.

Benefits & Perks
Compensation: Base Salary: $144,000.00 – $226,150.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible.
