Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage the strategy and team that executes integrated, multi‑channel marketing plans for one or more products/initiatives, formulating plans that acquire, grow, and retain customers.
  • Develop value propositions for key segments and sub‑segments, incorporating key messages for relevant products.
  • Work with market research to identify audience insights and understand personas and decision makers, developing journey maps.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify marketing opportunities at each stage of the sales funnel.
  • Develop data‑driven acquisition and retention campaigns with a focus on measurement/ROI.
  • Create content strategy and produce thought leadership, including quarterly newsletters and content updates on PNC.com.
  • Partner with digital, social and paid media teams to execute paid search, SEO, paid social and paid media initiatives.
  • Lead agency management and coordination while establishing and administering budget policies and practices.
  • Coordinate with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners.
  • Provide performance management, continuous coaching and development to drive business results and adapt to evolving strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • University/college degree required; higher education such as a Master’s or PhD is desirable.
  • At least 8+ years of industry‑relevant experience with a minimum of 5 years in management.
  • Bachelor’s degree is a must.
  • No required certifications or licenses.

Benefits & Perks

Compensation: Base Salary: $144,000.00 – $226,150.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible.
